Dear All!
After last update we have to explain some things.
1. The intention of last update was to make the things easier - as you marked that wasn't such a brilliant idea - that is why we won't do this again
2. Each person who's package will leave our workshop will get the personal message with tracking number and instruction how to check it.
3. Those of you who decide for faster shipping will get the personal information about the cost and other stuff. Faster shipping means that, the package will go out with such a companies like UPS or Fedex.
4. I would like to ask you for calm down if it would be possible, you are dealing with real people that, do their best to make the fulfillment on time and as soon as it possible.
5. You have shown us your support, trust and great help and we would like to thank you for that, without you this whole story wouldn't happen.
6. As we try to communicate - we are preparing and sending packages following the rule First in First out (however if some components are missing, the order has to be processed longer, till all parts come to us)
7. Till now we had a very good energy about this project, that you showed us in many different ways, like private messages or likes on our Facebook Page. As you know only by doing nothing, there come no mistakes, so we would like to apologize for last Update and try to keep the communications clear and straight in the future.
8. If from some reasons your feelings was hurt or you think we are ignoring you (by giving you no answers) it is not our intention, frankly for us each of you is V.I.P and we do our best to prove that.
9. Putting all together, let us all go down a little bit with emotions and focus on the most important issue: preparing your cases for shipping and sending them to you.

Dear All!
We will try to post the lists of already shipped rewards. Each of you has own KS Id, that is why for protecting your personal data, we will post just your Id and tracking number. To track your packages you can use for example this page: http://en.trackitonline.ru/?service=track.

Most of packages goes with domestic post, which can take up to 4 weeks, so if someone would like to speed it up please contact me. This will required additional payment

Hi There!
We had just locked down most of your responses - two of them are still open (?)
We had also charged your cards, so some of you will receive a credit cards errored email to update your cards. You will be automatically re-charged once you enter a new card (about 53 of you). So please check your cards data.
As you probably noticed the speed of answering for your PM or other requests dropped down because of " production madness" ;) So missing answers are not a sign of ignorance.

Last call for order updates!

The “last” day to make final updates to your order is 06.06.2017. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You will still be able to update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping fulfillment.
For backers who have not answered their surveys yet:
If you fill out your BackerKit survey or pay for extra shipping after the 15.06.2017 order due date, we will still receive your information, but your shipment may be delayed.
