I have never received my A-Case+
over 5 years ago – Fri, Sep 14, 2018 at 01:19:03 AM

Dear All,

After months of radio silence on my end, finally, I have something important updates for everyone.

There are still people who never received their cases.

They are; Group 1. Pre-orders - about 124 of you Group 2. Missed or lost parcels by post - about 90 of you (regarding to your answers, which you gave me by filling out the survey: confirmation) Group 3. The wrong scope of delivery - about 102 of you.

These 3 groups are mixed and combined with each other. I am still analyzing the data and I am pretty sure we have in total about 200 of you who have the real reasons to have a bad experience concerning the fulfilling of this campaign, about me and the product in general.

If you would like to express the situation in numbers: the 90% of fulfillment went more or less smooth with the last 10% has left a lot to be desired... (or was just totally messed up).

At some point, I had stopped answering these questions now would like to explain why:

After the end of the campaign, I realized my miscalculations regarding shipping fees, exchanges rates, and some additional fees which I didn't include in the whole budget. The shipping costs were set to low regarding the prices I had to pay for them, they covered just handling and packaging and a small part of shipping. As I realized this issue it was already too late to do something about it.

Basically, each parcel was generating a loss, and in order to cover it while not losing your trust, I didn't inform you immediately. Instead, I took out a bank loan and moved forward with shipping. The loan has let me finish the shipping of the rewards to original KS Backers but was too short for covering the Pre-orders.

Again I had to make a choice about what to do: just announce sorry guys s...t happens or bring things till the end. I decide to run the sale via the online store, to collect the money, and with the time fulfill the pre-orders. As I saw how long it takes and each day plays against me, decide to take another loan to speed up and finally deliver all promised cases to all of you.

It worked out, I got the additional funds which allow me to finish this campaign until the end of this year (it means the cases arrive at you).

It was not easy to make this announcement, but it was not fair if you did not have look behind the curtain. I would like once again to apologize for all the stress at your end and frustration this has caused you.

I hope you could in some way understand my thinking and actions even when it was not the smartest methods to take. I would like to ask you for updating your shipping data (delivery address) if something has changed since you have placed your order. We will endeavor to complete the rest of the outstanding orders and look forward to your feedback

Confirmations - answers
about 6 years ago – Tue, Apr 24, 2018 at 12:18:35 AM

Hi!

I would like to thank you for all your responses. Till today 481 people have answered what helps me a lot to navigate and manage the "loops" in the delivery process.

Below you can see the results of the survey (stand form 23.04.2018)

As you can see the numbers give some nonemotional picture of the situation. If I'm not wrong: about 70 Backers never received their rewards ( about 4% in total), about 86 had not received the full scope of delivery (about 5% in total) and about 70 noted missing parts (about 4% in total). Resuming about 96% received their cases.

Of course, this situation makes me not happy in any matter and I do my best to bring the things till End.

Please, note that I have to take care of each case separately and clear the issue with everyone who had the issues with delivery.

Thank you!

Confirmation

Confirmation needed!

Dear All (to whom it may concern),

this update is mostly dedicated to supporters outside E.U.

I would like to ask for confirmation of receiving your rewards if it ever happened. Please use this simple survey, so I could manage the Data in one place and take proper steps.

This link takes you to the survey:

I would like to apologize for missing answers basically in most channels (like here, or e-mail or FB).

I took some steps to clear the status of all parcels, shipped with Regular Post (slow boat) and your feedback regarding receiving or missing the parcels helps me a lot by a discussion with the carrier. However, this is a time-consuming process.

Thank you!

Aleksander

Happy Anniversary!

That’s right — one year ago today, your project, A-CASE+ Miniature Wargaming Carrying/Display Case, was successfully funded. Congratulations again!

As I saw this e-mail, I couldn't believe it. Exactly one year ago this project was successfully funded. Even more than successfully. At that moment (exactly one year ago) I didn't truly realize what comes and what this all means - from time, energy, funds, and nerves perspective.

Not everything went smooth as planned, unfortunately, there are still people that didn't receive their cases. Which is all the time on my radar and what I'm trying to change as soon as it would be  possible (I can see right now the reactions of people who waits for my answer since many weeks- "yea, right!")

What surprised me are the returns of not picked up parcels, in such a case I  try to contact those of you whos cases came back.

Few cases went lost in transit, which is also a time-consuming process and here we have to find a way to a happy end.

The best thing is, that this concept and transportation way is something that you really liked. Something that you need and makes your gaming life a little bit easier.

I would like to thank you for all your support and patience!
