Dear all!

Recently were no news from us! We worked on pre-confection.

1. All colors besides of new magenta are there.

2. We built the gap of frames and shelves

SHIPPING:

Today we sent another 160 parcels to you (mainly EU)

We are planing to ship 50% of all orders till end of this month and the rest till end of next month. This means that our delay in shipping comparing to original plan reach about 30 days. 

As you noted the shipping with regular post is rather time consuming, some parcels that we send month ago are still on the way to some of you.

That is why, we would like to offer you Shipping Upgrade. 

In coming Update, we will let you know about the conditions of Upgraded Shipping.

Dear Backers!

From the very first month we have prioritized shipping product to backers. Here at A-Case we were able to start shipping within 30 days of the KickStarter campaign ending. This was made possible by implementing lessons learned during our last campaign, letting us quickly get product out the door. Unfortunately at this time the cushion we built to bridge the gap between end of KickStarter and production has run out. We have shipped over 1000 cases to over 560 backers, or about 30% of the total rewards.   

We mailed out the wave using basic post, and the second wave using UPS. Shipping costs were calculated using regular posts costs, this is the cheapest method but it is also the slowest especially out side of the EU. This means that even if we get the product out of the door quickly shipping delays will add to the time it takes product to arrive.  

We are still working on the basis of first in first out for shipping order. Sometimes add on products can cause things to get a bit out of order, for instance someone with a missing component who numbers in the 600s may ship after a base order in the 700s. We are working on streamlining the process but rest assured that we are still working off first come first serve as much as possible.  

So what does the future hold, we don’t see any issues other than a slight delay, everyone will receive everything they paid for and we are working on finalizing a deal with UPS to speed up shipping. Should we do so we will give backers the option to upgrade their shipping at a cost to a 72 hour trackable package.  

Production notes:  

The colours Black, red, green, olive, grey, marine, and camouflage are ready.  

The colours orange, violet, and blue are in production.  

Magenta has been canceled and we are asking any backer that chose magenta to contact us with their new color choice.  

In summery there are going to be delays due to issues with production and delivery, please be patient with us as we are looking to expand staffing in shipping, assembly and pre-assembly departments to speed up operations.

Waiting for delivery Time

Dear All!

As you probably noted since almost month we are shipping your rewards. We are putting our  whole energy and time in confection and shipping. There is a lot to do and this part of Project is most challenging - so if someone needs a summer fitness camp, where will have opportunity to make the muscles bigger by sorting tones (literally) tones of steel- just let us know;)

Those of you who got your tracking numbers asking about estimated delivery time - unfortunately we can't give you answer for this question, because our actual logistic provider doesn't give us this information. By this point we would like to say that we are finalizing the contract with UPS which gives us all faster and securer delivery. 

We would like to thank once again for your awesome energy and feedback and would like to ask you for a favor: as you know or maybe not, we are present on Facebook and would like to see your A-Cases+ in their new homes and families :
