Dear All!

Since the last update, we’ve managed to send 3 minor waves of packages which gave 96 packages in total.

Right now we focus on the packing of all of the remaining packages. Once again, We’d like to emphasize the fact that everyone who supported us will receive his Pledge in upcoming weeks.

Missing elements / mistaken parts

Unfortunately, there were some packages in which we put wrong elements or didn't include something by mistake. We are very sorry for that — we will resend missing or replace mistaken elements, once we are done with sending all packages.

UPS shipping

Those who asked us to change their shipping method to UPS will be informed by us about costs and planned time in private message — please be patient, we are taking care of everyone!

Thank you very much for all good feedback we receive from you, we hope that there will be more and more satisfied Supporters very soon. Stay safe and have a good day/night!

Truly Yours,

Aleksander

Dear All!

As you noted we have delays with fulfillment regarding to our time line and working hard to send the open orders as soon as possible. Some of you wanted to know how fast can we work and how many parcels can be send per day/week? I try to avoid the answer on this question because there are a lot of different factors which may have impact on the numbers that simple statistic may build a false picture. We are able or better to say I'm able to prepare up to 30 parcels per days assuming that the pre-assembling is done. This weekend we made 50 parcels ready to go and they are already at the post office.

We have still about 700 parcels to ship, which means that we need about 28 working days to send them out. Please don't take it as a fix date. My intention is to give some picture of situation.

During last few weeks there were some rather hard comments, that I can understand, with some of them I disagree, some of them worked as a cold shower to me but it's fine.

Based on feedback from backers that already received their cases I know, that you like them. That they are meeting your expectations and doing their job. You can see the most of the feedback on our Facebook Page : https://web.facebook.com/armycase/

As @JPaul McErlean pointed, after each batch I will post an update with numbers and the status.
